I use narrative, solution focused, and mindfulness techniques to collaborate with you. This approach allows you to reauthor your story with compassion and insight, drawing from your strengths and values to cultivate resilience.
as a human
I’ve always been drawn to nature. Be it going for a contemplative hike, stepping out on my deck for some sun, or running on a trail through the forest. It gives me ways to observe my inner experiences and supports a sense of calm and clarity.
